White-Stemmed Pak Choi
This pak choi (also known as bok choy) produces tender, light green, spoon-shaped leaves with thick white ribs on plants 14 to 18 inches tall. It is crisp and mild, excellent for Asian cooking, and the stems make a good celery substitute. Cold-resistant, it provides extended harvests.
