Tokyo Long White is a Japanese heirloom bunching onion producing slim white shafts with upright blue-green tops that quickly grow up to 12 inches and can form clumps up to 8 inches wide. Tolerant of both heat and some cold, it has an excellent mild flavor well suited to salads and stir-fries, and can be harvested in spring, summer, and fall.
