Sweet Green Armenian Cucumber is a light, pale-green heirloom that is technically a muskmelon grown as a cucumber — long, slightly ribbed, and almost white-green in color, with an exceptionally mild, sweet, almost melony flavor and crisp, cool texture. Virtually seedless and with no bitterness whatsoever, it needs no peeling and no de-seeding. Extraordinary in Middle Eastern salads, gazpacho, cold noodle dishes, and simply sliced with lemon and salt.
