The 45-gallon Smart Pot is a large soft-sided fabric container for shrubs, small trees, and other high-volume container crops. Porous walls allow excess water to drain and air to reach the growing medium. At the fabric edge, root tips encounter air, encouraging branching within the container.

Use and handling
Position the empty pot on its final draining surface before filling. Monitor moisture throughout the large volume and use a medium suited to the crop. A filled 45-gallon container is heavy; use appropriate help or equipment before attempting to move it.
