Poinsett 76 Cucumber
Developed by Clemson and Cornell, this improved version of Poinsett offers strong resistance to multiple diseases, making it ideal for growers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic coastal regions. It produces dark green slicing cucumbers that measure 7–8 inches long and about 2½ inches in diameter. Considered the best open-pollinated slicer for disease-prone climates, it's a reliable main crop variety for home gardens.
