Mountaineer Delight (Solanum lycopersicum) is a large red beefsteak tomato bred in 2017 by West Virginia University, offering a sweeter flavor than the original West Virginia 63 tomato. It features excellent disease resistance including protection against Septoria leaf spot, holds well on the vine, and produces large, flavorful fruits.
