Yellow Scallop Squash is a charming and distinctive summer squash with bright buttercup-yellow, perfectly scalloped, flying-saucer-shaped fruits and a mild, sweet, buttery flavor at its finest when harvested young. The compact bush plants are highly productive and don't require much space, making this an excellent patio and container variety, and the unusual shape makes these outstanding for stuffing whole with herbed grain fillings or slicing into discs for grilling and sautéeing.
