Self Blanching Cauliflower takes the most tedious step out of growing cauliflower — no tying or folding required — because the large outer leaves naturally wrap tightly around the developing head, protecting it from sunlight and producing beautifully white, tender curds without any intervention from the gardener. The classic, mild, slightly nutty cauliflower flavor is excellent raw in salads, roasted until caramelized, steamed, or used for cauliflower rice, pizza crust, and mashed preparations.
