Mizuna Red Streaks Mustard is a beautiful and versatile Asian green with jagged, deeply lobed leaves streaked in vivid red-purple against bright green — as ornamental as any garden plant and as useful as any salad green. The flavor is mildly peppery and pleasantly bitter, excellent raw in mixed salads, quickly stir-fried with garlic and soy, or used as a bold culinary green in soups and noodle dishes. A fast-growing, cold-tolerant cut-and-come-again variety that performs beautifully in containers and raised beds.
