Little Fingers Carrot is a charming miniature variety developed in France — the slender, 3–4 inch roots are a brilliant deep orange with a concentrated sweetness and tender, snappy texture that makes them exceptional raw as snacks, roasted whole until caramelized, or pickled in dill brine. One of the sweetest carrot varieties available, they're ideal for lunchboxes, children's gardens, and containers where longer varieties would struggle for depth.
