Hungarian Sweet Yellow Pepper is a classic Central European sweet pepper with creamy, translucent yellow skin, thick flesh, and a mild, sweet flavor with none of the heat of its spicy Hungarian relatives. Harvested at the immature yellow stage for the most tender, mild flavor, or left to ripen to a brilliant red for a sweeter, richer character — both stages are equally excellent for fresh eating, roasting, pickling, and stuffing with herbed cheeses or grain fillings.
