Golden Bush Scallop is a golden-yellow, plump Patty Pan squash that grows on space-saving bush plants. Prolific and hardy, the plants bear continuously over a long season and show resistance to downy mildew, with fruits best harvested at 4 to 5 inches across. The flavor is considered superior to other scallop varieties, and the squash can be boiled, fried, or stir-fried.
