Erlene's Green is a family heirloom cotton with light olive green fibers that can be spun directly off the seed. Once spun and washed, the fiber turns a distinctive yellowish-green, and the bolls should be harvested shortly after opening to prevent fading in sunlight. Plants grow to about 5 feet tall.
