This upright loosehead lettuce produces slightly savoyed, triangular, round-tipped leaves with a succulent mid-rib, offering excellent sweet flavor and crisp texture. It has moderate bolt resistance, is one of our favorites, and is included in Slow Food USA's Ark of Taste.
