🌱Direct sow or transplant in early spring or late summer. Kohlrabi thrives in cool weather — aim to harvest before summer heat sets in for the crispest, sweetest bulbs.

💧Keep soil consistently moist for fast, even growth. Dry spells cause tough, woody bulbs — consistent watering is the key to that signature juicy crunch.

✂️Harvest when bulbs reach 2 to 3" in diameter for peak tenderness. Don’t wait too long — larger bulbs can become fibrous. The leaves are also edible and great sautéed.

🍽️Slice raw into slaws and salads, roast with olive oil until caramelized, or spiralize into noodles. Its mild, slightly sweet flavor pairs well with lemon, dill, and mustard.
