Organic Burbank Russet Seed Potato (lb)
Russet Burbank Seed Potatoes are a long-oval russet variety with shallow eyes and white flesh. Originating from the pioneering breeding work of Luther Burbank, this is the iconic potato that put Idaho on the map. It remains the most widely grown potato in the U.S., prized for its starchy texture and reliable performance.
This late-season variety is scab-resistant, long-storing, and ideal for baking, frying, or boiling. With uniform shape and dependable yields, it’s a favorite among home gardeners and commercial producers alike. For best results, ensure consistent moisture throughout the growing season to support even development and reduce the risk of cracking.
