Growing tips

🌱Direct sow outdoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost in spring, or 6 to 8 weeks before first frost in fall. Spinach thrives in cool soil between 45–75°F.

💧Keep soil consistently moist. Spinach has shallow roots and dries out quickly — mulch around plants to retain moisture and keep roots cool.

✂️Harvest outer leaves as needed for a continuous cut-and-come-again harvest, or pull the whole plant at full size for bunching.

🍽️Best enjoyed fresh in salads, lightly sautéed with garlic, or wilted into soups and pasta. The thick leaves hold up beautifully to heat.
