Jessica Sowards is a homesteader and gardener who shares her journey through social media. She and her husband, Jeremiah, are raising their six children on a small hobby farm. They share their lives on their YouTube channel, Roots and Refuge Farm. She offers the insights they have gathered along the way in her books, The First-time Gardener: Growing Vegetables (March 2021) and The First-Time Homesteader (September 2022). Jessica is passionate about gardening, growing food, and equipping others to do the same.
Paul Dysinger is the co-founder of Seedtime, which is a ground breaking small farm and garden planning software. He also enjoys teaching thousands of people from around the world how to grow their own nutrient-dense organic food.
Luke Hammond is an entrepreneur, farm consultant, farmer, and father of 4 who is passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture at all levels. He brings a breadth of farming experience in the high deserts of Northern Arizona as well as the humid climate of Eastern Missouri. Luke is currently building out his 4th farm with his family and he serves as the Director of Brand Advancement for Seedtime.
