Official Giveaway Rules

Campaign Overview: Entrants can guess how much produce (dollar value) will be grown from a small 15x20 foot garden space to enter to win. The total value will be determined by comparing with local grocery store prices. A second winner will be chosen randomly from all participants.

Entry Period: Entries begin on March 12, 2025, and will be accepted through October 31, 2025. However, to be eligible to win by guessing the produce value, entries must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Entries submitted after this date will only qualify for the random draw.

If multiple entrants guess the same closest dollar value, all will receive lifetime access to Seedtime.A separate draw will determine the ultimate winner of the raised bed and free seeds.

Bonus Prizes:

Additional garden-related giveaway items may be awarded when donations of $1,000 or more are made to the FARM STEW fund.

Donations are not required to enter or win.

1. Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at this form and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the continental USA, excluding residents of Rhode Island and Florida, and to those who do not already have a Seedtime account. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Campaign Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on March 12, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ending on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

4. How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by signing up at this form.

5. Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the "Winner") will receive:

If multiple people guess the closest value: All will receive lifetime access to Seedtime, and a separate draw will determine the ultimate winner of the raised bed and seeds.

Bonus Giveaways: Additional garden-related prizes will be triggered when donations of $1,000 or more are made to the FARM STEW fund. These will be announced in the Great Garden Challenge YouTube series. Donations are not required to enter or win.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Seedtime LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Seedtime LLC’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Grand Prize Winner (Guess-based) will be determined based on the closest estimate of the total value of produce harvested between March - October 2025, using local grocery store prices.Random Draw Winner will be selected within ten (10) days after October 31, 2025.Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this giveaway, You agree that Seedtime LLC may use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You release Seedtime LLC from liability related to the campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, and other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Disputes

This Campaign is governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.

11. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Seedtime LLC's Privacy Policy, available on the company website.

12. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, email your request to [email protected] no later than December 31, 2025.
